Product introduction:

This product is a collection of decolorization, flocculation, COD removal and other functions in one of the quaternary ammonium cationic polymer compound, also known as dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin, belongs to organic polymer water treatment agent. 

Scope of application:

It is mainly used in the color treatment of colored wastewater such as textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical, pharmaceutical, ink, etc., while reducing other pollutants in the water body, reducing the color of sewage, and improving the quality of effluent.

It can also be used in reclaimed water reuse, pretreatment of a small amount of high-concentration colored wastewater, oilfield drilling and other water treatment fields.

This product can also be used as a reinforcing agent, sizing agent, fixing agent and charge neutralizer for papermaking.

Quality indicators:

Appearance: light or colorless, viscous liquid.

Viscosity (20°C): 1-5s

PH (30% aqueous solution): 3-5

Solids content: > 50%

How to use:

Dilute this product with 10-40 times water, then add it directly to water, stir for several minutes and then settle or air flotation to obtain the decolorized clear liquid.

Adjusting the pH of wastewater to 7-9 can improve the treatment effect.

When the color and CODCr of wastewater are high, it can be used with polyaluminum chloride, but it cannot be mixed. This can reduce the treatment cost, first or then add polyaluminum chloride, should be determined according to the test and treatment process.

Storage and Packaging:

This product is non-flammable, explosive materials, should be stored at room temperature, do not expose to the scorching sun.

This product is packed in plastic drums, 25kg, 200kg or 250kg per drum, also 1000kg IBC packaging.
