BLUWAT F7 is a highly active cationic inorganic coagulant with efficient clarifying effect in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, significantly improving biochemical efficiency and improving the removal rate of pollutants in biochemical processes by improving the characteristics of activated sludge. BLUWAT F7 is a coagulant for nanotechnology and has many advantages in biochemical processes.

BLUWAT F7 can obtain a better floc structure, which greatly improves the sedimentation performance of activated sludge, improves the density and activity of MLSS and beneficial bacteria in the biochemical process, and greatly improves the treatment efficiency. This product is used for the treatment of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater.

BLUWAT F7 should be dosed directly and should not be diluted. Diaphragm metering pumps with corrosion-resistant materials are suitable.

Dosing point: after the aeration tank and before the second sedimentation tank

1. The first impact dosing, the maximum dosage is 15 ppm, until the sludge in the aeration tank is completely cycled for 2 times, and it is added for 3 days.

For example, a wastewater plant treats 100,000 m3/day x 15 ppm = 1.5 t of BLUWAT F7/day.

Maintain this dose until the sludge is completely circulated in the aeration tank, which will be dosed for 3 days.

2. After 3 days, reduce the dosage to 10 ppm, so the dosage is 1 ton of BLUWAT F7/day, and add 2 days.

After 5 days, the entire biochemical system will have a significantly improved flocculation effect because BLUWAT F7 is already working.

3. Maintain the normal dosage of 5 to 3 ppm after 5 days, and the dosage is 300-500 kg of BLUWAT F7/day.

COD, BOD, TN and TP will decrease from day one and will be better after a few days. Then, continue with low dosing as normal operation.

It is important to inform wastewater treatment plant staff that there are no changes in their daily operations of the wastewater plant. Simply ration the products of the BLUWAT F7 and they check the effluent parameters daily according to the daily working protocol.

If you stop dosing BLUWAT F7, the next time you use it, you need to restart the above process and start from 15ppm to get better performance.

The recommended validity period of BLUWAT F7 is 10 months, and the packaging must be stored airtightly. Storage tanks and pipes should be made of suitable non-corrosive materials, such as FRP or cross-linked polyethylene plastic.

Laboratory Test Procedures:

Take 2 1 liter graduated cylinders

Fill the wastewater and sludge from the aeration tank to 1000 ml

Mix them gently

Add 1 drop of BLUWAT F7 product to one of the graduated cylinders

Gently stir with a glass rod for 4 to 5 sec to allow all the liquid in the graduated cylinder to mix

Remove the glass rod

Observe the time of sludge settlement. (It will be very fast in the first minute, then it will slow down; Record sludge sedimentation values in minutes/ml)

Wait 30 min and record the final readings of the sludge in both graduated cylinders

Get the results of the BLUWAT F7 product

Samples were taken from the top clean water of the two graduated cylinders to measure COD, BOD, TSS and TP
