Usage and dosage
According to the water quality index of the biochemical system, the first addition amount of industrial wastewater is 100-200 g/cubic meter (calculated according to the volume of the biochemical pool), and the system caused by too large fluctuations in the influent water is impacted and the added amount of the biochemical system is 30-50 g/cubic (calculated according to the volume of the biochemical pool). The following physical and chemical parameters have been tested to be most effective for bacterial growth:
PH value: the average range is between 5.5~9.5, and the fastest growth can be achieved between 6.6~7.4, and the PH value is the best treatment efficiency in 7.2.
Temperature: effective between 8 °C ~ 60 °C. Temperatures above 60°C can lead to the death of bacteria; Bacteria do not die at temperatures below 8°C, but their cell growth is greatly restricted. The most suitable temperature is 26°C~32°C.
Dissolved oxygen: in the aeration tank in sewage treatment, the dissolved oxygen content is at least 2 mg/l; The rate of metabolism and degradation of the target substance by the highly adaptive bacterial family will be 5-7 times faster in sufficient oxygen.
Salinity: Suitable for high salinity industrial wastewater, can withstand up to 6% salinity.
Antitoxicity: It can effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chloride, cyanide and heavy metals.
