Heavy metal trap is developed for heavy metal wastewater, which is in the form of a colorless liquid, which can form insoluble chelation precipitation with various heavy metal ions (copper, nickel, lead, zinc, cadmium, etc.), so that heavy metals can be discharged up to standard. It has the following advantages:
- Suitable for a wide pH range
It has a strong chelating ability in the range of pH=2-14, and can form a completely water-insoluble chelated precipitate with heavy metals, so it can treat different heavy metals in comprehensive wastewater.
- Strong chelating ability, up to the standard of Table 3
The microscopic molecules are designed to have a good trapping effect on heavy metal ions such as copper, zinc and nickel, and copper ions can be treated to 0.3mg/L, zinc ions to 1mg/L, and nickel ions to 0.1mg/L, all of which meet the national Table III emission standards.
Second, the use process
- Procedure
- Take 1L of wastewater, determine the heavy metal content, and calculate the total heavy metal content;
- Adjust the pH to 10-11, the dosage is 30-50 times the total content of heavy metals, and stir the reaction for 20min;
(Example: If the total content of heavy metals is 20mg/L, the dosage is 600-1000mg/L)
- Add 300mg/L of PAC and stir for 5min;
- Add 5ml of PAM solution (0.1%), stir slowly for 2 min and precipitate for 30 min;
- Measure the heavy metal content after filtering with filter paper;
