Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts rotary type, by a special shape of plough-shaped rake teeth arranged on the horizontal axis in a certain assembly order, composed of rake tooth chain, according to the flow of water, assembled into different gaps, installed at the entrance of the pump station or water treatment system, when the drive device drives the rake tooth chain from the bottom up, the debris in the water is picked up by the rake chain, the liquid flows through the gap, the equipment rotates to the upper vertex, the rake chain changes the running direction , from top to bottom movement, the material relies on its own weight from the handle teeth to fall off, when the teeth from the reverse side to the bottom, and start another cycle of continuous operation, so as to continuously remove debris from the water, to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
