Introduction
: The fiber rotary microfilter works according to the mature and widely used rotary drum filtration method. The machine consists of a series of horizontally mounted, rotatable filter turntables mounted on a central tube shaft with a maximum water immersion volume of up to 60%. Each turntable consists of a single stainless steel component. The components are wrapped in a mesh cloth, and the sewage is filtered from the inside out and then from the end of the machine. This phenomenon causes the pressure difference to rise. When the pre-set maximum pressure difference is reached, the turntable begins to rotate slowly, and the rinse rod cleans the deposited solids on the filter surface at a certain rhythm. Through a water pump, the filtered wastewater is supplied with rinse water to the sprinkler. The flushing jet dissolves the solids and the backwash water is discharged from the tank through a thick slurry hopper mounted under the assembly. The sewage filtration process is not interrupted during the cleaning process. The fiber rotary microfilter is treated by free drop, and the filtration area is large, which can intercept the activated sludge flocculates from the second sedimentation tank. Technical specifications
: Fiber turntable microfilters have only one mechanical specification. The treatment flow of the unit is related on the one hand to the number of filter turntables installed in parallel configuration, and on the other hand to the gap distance of the filter grid and the solids content of the treated effluent. The maximum number of filter turntables that can be installed in parallel on the central pipe shaft in one machine can be up to 20, for example, in the prefiltration treatment of municipal wastewater, that is, before biochemical treatment, the maximum treatment flow rate can reach 1500m/h. The grid gap range of the installable configuration is 10-100um, which can be configured according to the effluent requirements. In the standard case, the box and turntable screen basket are made of stainless steel.

Application:
Fiber rotary microfilters are used to separate fine suspended matter in municipal and industrial wastewater, and the module assembly method allows for convenient post-rotary extended installation. To cope with the rising amount of treated water, the number of turntables can be increased to 20 when treating municipal wastewater and pre-filtration before biochemical treatment, and the maximum flow rate can reach 1500m/h.
Sewage is filtered before discharging into the river
