Purpose
: Center drive single (double) pipe sludge suction machine is suitable for peripheral water inlet and peripheral outlet. Large and medium-sized sedimentation tanks with large and medium-sized pool diameters with central sludge discharge are mainly used for suction and discharge of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plants.

Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts central transmission, vertical frame, sewage into the surrounding water distribution tank, through the bottom of the tank distribution hole evenly into the pool, and under the action of the surrounding water retaining skirt, the water flow from the bottom of the pool to the center, sludge relies on its own weight deposited at the bottom of the pool, thereby forming slurry water separation, the drive device drives the center vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and the sludge pipe to rotate, under the action of the water purification pressure, the sludge evenly enters the suction port arranged on the straw. Then it is discharged out of the pool through the sleeve valve of the sludge discharge pipe in the center of the sludge discharge pipe, and the size of the sludge discharge can be controlled by the lifting degree of the sleeve valve.

: The surrounding inlet and outlet tanks of the sedimentation tank adopt a side section design to ensure uniform water distribution and outflow around the lower sedimentation tank.
The drive device adopts helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure the output torque and speed, and the transmission effect is high; The reducer is equipped with an over-force torque protection device, which runs safely and reliably: the sludge suction pipe discharges the sludge in the form of a horizontal perforated pipe, which does not interfere with the water flow in the pool and ensures the stability of the effluent.
When the middle ≤ is 40m, a single-sided straw is used, and a double-sided straw is used for the middle > 40m; The sludge suction port on the conical sludge suction pipe is uniquely designed, using variable spacing, from inside to outside, from small to large, to ensure balanced sludge suction on the bottom surface of the whole pool, increase the concentration of sludge suction, and save sludge return flow force.
There are two types of skimming: plate skimming and tubular skimming (the former type is conventionally used).
